Choose a home on our locations page (https://adultcontentlocations.com/locations) and send a booking request with your dates, crew size and production details, or send a general request (https://adultcontentlocations.com/#request) and we will match you with a home. We review every request and confirm approved bookings in writing, together with the payment and deposit details. - Is my booking confirmed when I send a request? No. A request sent through this site is not a booking, and nothing is booked until we confirm it in writing. The booking is held once the payment and deposit terms in your approval are met. - How long can we book a home for? You can book a home for one day up to 28 days. Longer projects can be split into separate requests, and each one is reviewed on its own. - How far ahead can we request dates? You can request dates up to 18 months ahead. Each home page shows a calendar with the days that are already taken. - What if none of the listed homes fit our shoot? Tell us what you need and we will look for a home that fits. Send your dates, crew size, preferred area and the look you want through the request form (https://adultcontentlocations.com/#request) or the contact page (https://adultcontentlocations.com/contact), and we will reply honestly if we do not have the right home yet. - Can independent creators, including OnlyFans creators, book a house? Yes, independent creators can book when the shoot meets the same requirements as any production. Every performer must be 18 or older with valid government photo ID, the producer keeps the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, the shoot carries general liability insurance and has any permits it needs. We review every request the same way. - Do you rent houses for porn shoots? Yes. We list private Los Angeles homes for professional adult film and photo productions, sometimes called porn shoots, and every booking follows the same booking terms (https://adultcontentlocations.com/terms) and requirements. - Do all performers need to be 18 or older? Yes. Every performer must be 18 or older and hold valid government issued photo ID. This applies to every booking, with no exceptions. - Who keeps the 18 U.S.C. 2257 records? The producer keeps them. The production must create and keep the age and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its regulations. We provide locations only, and we do not hire, manage or keep records for performers. We may ask for confirmation before or during a booking, and if we cannot confirm it we may cancel the booking. - Do you hire performers or produce content? No. Adult Content Locations provides locations only. We do not hire, contract with, manage or arrange performers, we do not produce content, and we do not keep records for performers. Every production that books a home is responsible for its own compliance. See our Los Angeles adult production compliance guide (https://adultcontentlocations.com/guides/la-adult-production-compliance-guide). - Do we need insurance to book a location? Yes. The production must carry its own general liability insurance for the full booking and send us a certificate of insurance before the first shoot day. We may ask that the certificate name additional insureds. - Do we need a film permit? The production is responsible for any film permits the shoot requires. FilmLA, which processes permits for the City of Los Angeles, unincorporated Los Angeles County and several other cities, says permits are required for commercial filming in most areas it serves, and calls it a myth that no permit is needed on private property. Send us a copy of any permit before the first shoot day, and check the details with your counsel or the permit office. Our compliance guide (https://adultcontentlocations.com/guides/la-adult-production-compliance-guide) lists the agencies involved. - How many people can be on set? Up to the limit given for each home, counting cast and crew together. The limit is shown on each home page and confirmed in your approval. - When do we get the address? You receive the address and access details once your booking is confirmed. We never publish street addresses, and the details must not be shared beyond the people who need them for the shoot. - Can we film outdoors or by the pool? Only where the scene cannot be seen by neighbors or from the street, unless we approve something else in writing before the shoot. - How do you handle neighbors and discretion? We never publish addresses, and every production agrees to keep noise down, park considerately and follow our parking instructions. Scenes that can be seen by neighbors or from the street are not allowed without written approval. - What is not allowed at the home? Smoking and anything illegal are not allowed in the home or on the property. Productions also may not bring more people than the crew limit, use rooms, areas, dates or times outside their approval, or film scenes visible to neighbors or the street without written approval. - Is someone from your team there during the shoot? Yes, we are on site or on call during every booking. We handle scheduling and access, and the production follows any reasonable instruction from our team about the home. - What happens if something is damaged? Report it to us right away. The production is responsible for the cost of repairing damage it causes, and must leave the home as it found it. - How much does it cost to rent a house for a shoot? Each home shows its day rate, or "Rate on request" when the rate is quoted per shoot. Payment and deposit details, including any deposit amount and due dates, are sent with your written approval. - What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation terms for your booking are set out in the written approval we send you, so you see them before you commit. Changes to dates, crew size or scope must be agreed in writing. - Can I list my Los Angeles home? Yes. Tell us about your home on the list your home (https://adultcontentlocations.com/list-your-home) page and we will be in touch. You approve which productions use your home, and we never publish your street address. - Does this site show explicit content? No. This site lists filming locations and contains no explicit content.
