Production requirements
Before you book.
These apply to every booking. They protect performers, crews, homeowners and neighbors. Full details are in our booking terms.
- Adults only. Every performer is 18 or older with valid government ID, and the production keeps the age and consent records federal law requires (18 U.S.C. 2257).
- Insurance. The production carries its own general liability insurance and sends us a certificate before the shoot.
- Permits. The production gets any film permits required. In Los Angeles, that is through FilmLA.
- Crew size. Stay within the crew limit for the home, cast and crew together.
- Care for the home. No damage. Leave the home as you found it.
- Neighbors. Keep noise and parking considerate. No street facing or outdoor scenes visible to neighbors unless we approve them in advance.
- Approval and payment. We review and approve every request. Payment and deposit details are sent with the approval.
- Length. Bookings run from one day up to 28 days.

Who can book a home?
Professional adult productions working only with performers who are 18 or older and hold valid government ID. We review every request before anything is confirmed.
Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
No. Sending the form is a request. Nothing is booked until we confirm it with you in writing.
What do you need from the production?
Proof that the production keeps the age and consent records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, a certificate of general liability insurance before the shoot, and any film permits required. In Los Angeles, permits come from FilmLA.
How long can we book a home for?
From a single day up to 28 days.
How do payment and deposits work?
Payment and deposit details are sent with your approval, so you know the terms before you commit.
Can we film outdoors?
Only where scenes can't be seen from the street or by neighbors, unless we approve something else in writing before the shoot.
Where are the homes?
In and around Los Angeles. We never publish street addresses. You receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
